I just
think of the wireframe as documenting the Pages and Paths of a
proposed application.
The
wireframe contains text descriptions of every Page in the application.
Some people expand this to include all States (ie including actions states as
well as display states).
Then
you define every Exit from each Page. These are usually links and form
submits, though you can expand this to include "events" in the general
sense.
Each
Exit will point to a Destination, ie another Page of the
application.
That's
about it.
Download it and have a play. I can send you
a real-world example is you like. See also Bob Silverberg's presentation
from last years FB Conference.
