I think
this will be a great application.
Currently I'm using another product that isn't really targeted for this
environment very well. I would love to
get a copy when it is in beta. Lee Foster (e)consultant, Web developer, Web Architect 615-834-1876 Nashville, TN -----Original
Message----- Well with the information
I have right now, I guess I am able to present the first of 3 or so
applications that I am designing. The whole package of the applications
is called "Visual FLiP", with some aggravation of doing the
development process on my own, and how I understand things best as visual
representations, I have come up with the Visual side of the tools that we
use. I have attached a proposed screen shot of the first of these
applications. I am really doing this
design for my benefit, so that I can develop my applications easier and quicker
for myself. I have noticed that there is a source forge project for the
wireframe tool and I looked for any documentation for the tool and there is none.
So with this tool when it is done I am planning on having a help system with it
as well as start to integrate part of Steve's Project Estimate system with
it. My complete goal is to
design all these tools to work together so well that no retyping is done, all
history is tracked upon the changes of the fuse files and total deployment is
quicker. But I will see if I succeed to achieve my goal when these
applications are done. Donald R Pavlik CEO/Founder Bug Engineering Co. "Making the dreams
of tomorrow a reality today!" -----Original Message----- Hi Donald, I just think of the wireframe as
documenting the Pages and Paths of a proposed
application. The wireframe contains text descriptions
of every Page in the application. Some people expand this to include all
States (ie including actions states as well as display states). Then you define every Exit from each
Page. These are usually links and form submits, though you can expand
this to include "events" in the general sense. Each Exit will point to a Destination, ie
another Page of the application. That's about it. Download it and have a play. I can
send you a real-world example is you like. See also Bob Silverberg's
presentation from last years FB Conference. Let us know how you go, LeeBB -----Original Message----- I am curious is there a formal document
that describes everything that goes into a wireframe? Like what is is
for, how to use it and what the final wireframe is to represent. If any
information can be supplied please send it. I am thinking about using them
with a new project and I want all the information about wireframes before I
finish the application. ==^================================================================ This email was sent to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] EASY UNSUBSCRIBE click here: http://topica.com/u/?bUrFMa.bV7XFr Or send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] T O P I C A -- Register now to manage your mail! http://www.topica.com/partner/tag02/register ==^================================================================
