I've been documenting them in <note> section, like this:

All exceptions are thrown with parent type CustomTags.PangaLink
and detailed error message about what happened is also included.
Possible exceptions:

CustomTags.PangaLink.BadAttribute
CustomTags.PangaLink.BadTransaction
CustomTags.PangaLink.BadSignature
CustomTags.PangaLink.KeyFileError
CustomTags.PangaLink.NotCustomTag

CustomTags.PangaLink.UnknownError
