It really makes no difference, Lee.  When CFAS grabs the source
file, the code is compiled into p-code.  The p-code is what CF runs as
long as the source file doesn't change.  So the only time the
comment block surrounding the Fusedoc even has a chance to
impact anything is the first time the template is run after a change
has been made.
