Agreed. If you're going to accept the council's authority on all matters Fusebox, then there's no reason not to accept the quite reasonable fee structure they've created for membership. If you can't bear the loss of a single dollar, then you need to spend less time on the list and more time working. OTOH, if you don't recognize them as any kind of authority when it comes to building your apps, well, who cares how the voting is arranged?
