It's taking so long because the council are emailing all those that have been voted on asking them whether or not they are prepared to accept the position for the forth coming year. Obviously with other people nominating other people the person nominated and voted on may not wish to hold the position.
Once the 13 positions have been filled then I'm sure the results will be publicised.
