The DTD is included along with a series of VTML files I created for ColdFusion Studio. Like Tim said, the standards committee will be creating an official specification for Fusedoc in the near future. When we do, the DTD and VTML files will be updated. As of right now, there are only a small handful of changes/improvements to the current Fusedoc DTD, so jump into the current version. Fusedoc is the most powerful documenting method I have ever seen.
