I
would say you should be able to package the current core files with an
application or it won't run out of the box. I would make a prominent note
in the README or other docs that the current core files are always found at www.fusebox.org.
Here's
an idea. Have a page on the Fusebox.org site that only returns the current
core file version and release date...perhaps as a WDDX package. You
could write code into your application that checks to see if the core files have
been updated. If so, let the user know so they can download the latest
files.
