I thank you all for the comments that I have received so far,  I am nearly finished with the new IDE for Visual Wireframer when this is done I will post it up.  I am going through and making this new IDE work with IE and NN, but I am testing it on IE 6.0 and Opera 5.0 I have found with these I tend to get a good balance for NN and other cross browser support.  To view the proposed IDE for Visual Wireframer it is at:

This jpeg image is the most current representation of the new IDE.  Giving the user more control over the document, and taking away most of the time wasting of flipping through menus.  I have taken the Adobe IDE design approach as I have found that it does do what they set it out to do.  But you will be able to see for yourself when I upload it tomorrow.

As for the other version the way that system works is by the right mouse button/ context menu system that is built in with Windows.  Using the context menu you would be able to add a new page, create a link on that page, change information for that page etc....  I realized that this feature would be great to have but would not allow for a greater market penetration for the product.  So I am sticking with basic DHTML and cheating with some visual effects to get the IDE to look and act the way I want to. I will be glad to help those to accomplish any DHTML tricks that they find in the IDE with there own projects.

Again I thank you for the comments that have been posted and welcome more. These comments will help build the help documentation for the system.  And be the guides for the creations of the tutorials for the IDE.  After this system has been created I will give a demo view of the sister application that works with Visual Wireframer.  The IDE will be similar except instead of working with wireframe pages you will be working with fuseactions, circuits, fuses and more.  In fact the sister application is what drove me to create the whole Visual FLiP suite.  I will post up a sample screen shot of the sister application when I am able to.

Till tomorrows update.

Subject: Visual Wireframer Alpha Client on display

I have placed the Alpha Client of Visual Wireframer on a location given to me to use for some of my demo applications.  This Alpha is a pure client side application and works with IE 5.5 and above.  I am do not know how it works with any other operating system other than windows 2k, and I do know that all the features are not running on it, because of my quest to make this application more cross browser I have redesigned the interface and am currently writing the new version. This version will be available to play with by the end of the week. (provided my schedule stays free like it has been)

You can view the Client application at:

And you can see the latest IDE at:

Hope you enjoy, and all feedback will be welcome.  Just keep in mind that this is an Alpha and that it is undergoing constant changes daily.  I will try to upload the changes each day so that you will be able to see the system and play with it. This application will be free for all to use, and I am planning on having client/server versions in CF, PHP, JSP and even ASP.Net  maybe ASP also but I the later two are low on my conversion list right now.

Enjoy,
Donald R Pavlik

Thank you for those that have offered space me to use for the applications.

Another demo application that will be available to play with is X-Login I will explain more about that demo after I finish with Visual Wireframer and its companion applications.
