The problem is, I don't know where it's coming from, and if I cfinclude the file it goes away. I tried using cfsilent, enablecfoutputonly, trimming the layout variable, putting "==" before and after the layout variable (it's outside of the layout variable I found) and a few other crazy tricks, but nothing works.
It's not all that important - it's the admin area for a site that's yet to be designed - which is why I just thought I'd ask if anyone had ever run across it before. So that I wouldn't have to look at it, I changed the default text color to the same color as the background, then made sure anything I want displayed has a stylesheet :) K. > -----Original Message----- > From: Marc Lowe [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Saturday, 1 June 2002 11:57 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: RE: cfmodule spewing strange chars > > > It might sound weird, but have you tried erasing > the entire line and retyping it?
