The problem is, I don't know where it's coming from, and if I cfinclude
the file it goes away. I tried using cfsilent, enablecfoutputonly,
trimming the layout variable, putting "==" before and after the layout
variable (it's outside of the layout variable I found) and a few other
crazy tricks, but nothing works. 

It's not all that important - it's the admin area for a site that's yet
to be designed - which is why I just thought I'd ask if anyone had ever
run across it before. So that I wouldn't have to look at it, I changed
the default text color to the same color as the background, then made
sure anything I want displayed has a stylesheet :)
