Collect Manager does answer to this issue.

Little more hard, because fonts in MacOSX not always in same folders (and can be in many folders), so on this system, need use locate command to search fonts and open them with perl modules (like Font::TTF) to be able to extract real name, supplier and version.

So it's a little more complexe than get file name.
