Can you confirm you're running agent as root and you cron tasks are run by root user ?
Can you eventually provide a sample of /proc/cpuinfo file content and the output of the command "dmidecode --type 4" run on the same server ? I should see with that if there's a reason FusionInventory Agent can't detect your CPU. Do you have some computers for which processor is listed ? This is the first time I use fusioninventory. I didn't try with older versions. The processor isn't listed on any of our computers > Have you dmidecode package installed on these servers ? yes > Do you see any error on the output ? no > Feel free to open an issue on our github repository: > https://github.com/fusioninventory/fusioninventory-agent/issues I will do if you think it's a bug and not a configuration issue.
