Hi Ashley, If you are a FusionPro Server customer, then you need to make sure that the version of FusionPro Server you are using to compose is the same or newer than the version of FusionPro Desktop you are using to collect the jobs.
If you're a FusionPro Web customer, then you should post any issues about differences between what you see in your Desktop/Designer output and the FusionPro Web output to the pti_web_to_print forum.
