Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know how to make a Rule count the number of variables that
contain something and then depending on how many are used return in the
order I specify???? All the variables are optional and therefore there
are way to many possible combinations for me to write an if/then
statement. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
EXAMPLE:
Variable1 = phone
Variable2 = cellone
Variable3 = celltwo
Variable4 = emailone
Variable5 = emailtwo
Variable6 = web
This is the order in which the variables should occur:
"phone + <br> + cellone + <br> + celltwo + <br> + emailone + <br> +
emailtwo + <br> + web"
If none of the variables are used return nothing.
If only 1,2,3, or 4 variables are used return the variables in the above
order (Suppressing the variables not used along with the following line
break); AND add a line break in front.
If 5 variables are used return in the above order (Suppressing the
variable not used along with the following line break); Do Not add the
line break in front.
If ALL 6 variables are used; return in the above order, Do Not add the
line break in front and Do Not return the web variable.
