Well maybe i should clarify that last statement - The forum is great, and very happily the 'printable' participants that are on the fusionpro forum are top notch and are great, they help, are timely, and are good coders. We have heard that support is improving company wide and really do see that evident in the fusionpro product - their support line has always been great - however they seem to be separate from other support lines. So what we are hoping is that the success that the fusionpro support has seen will continue to be pushed out to all of the aspects of the business, their web product etc. as we are still awaiting the same success as the fusionpro product.
