I have a similar situation, but a little different planned approach.

Although I haven't done it yet, you can "copy" a template in the
Printable Manager. I have instructions from Printable support that read
like this:

"Just leave the "store name" field blank when you hit the "copy" button,
and it will make a copy within the same PrintOne. Make sure you copy
first, before creating the product, pricing etc. When you copy, it just
makes another Product ID at the end of your catalog."

I have my logo set up in a variable graphic frame, so my intention is
to just link the appropriate logo to that frame after I've made the
copy.

As I said, I haven't pulled it off yet, so no promises.
Printable support can probably help if need be.

Good luck.
