what Alex suggested works perfectly. i actually use this process quite frequently and saves so much time.
just a word of caution - all of your templates will reference that one TXT file. if you happen to go into one BCD and add a cell or maybe down the road one BCD decides they don't want an email, whatever change you make to any file will follow thru to ALL templates that reference that TXT file. to get around this, i would copy my text file into my new BCD folder and rename it. then i would go into my template and re-link it to the newly named text file. hope i didn't confuse you! good luck! -heather +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- Calling all FP Web Users!
