Hi Darren and Neill, I'd like to try to reproduce the problem you are having but need a bit more information. First off, I need to know the version of FusionPro you are using. Secondly, you both seem to be having a problem creating a zip code rule - is that from one of the tutorials? Finally, did you perform the load fonts procedure (Fusionpro > Advanced > Load Fonts) and restart Acrobat? If you could forward that information, I will try to reproduce the problem here in our lab.
