I've got a "Stash" folder that I keep full of Installers and Plug-ins. I could drag two new plug-ins over: FusionProExport.pln.framework and FusionProUI.pln.framework but they are already (have been and still are) in my CS2 Plug-ins folder.
Thats what makes me think maybe I need to uninstall then reinstall FusionPro. Why else wouldn't InDesign CS2 see the plug-ins? Any ideas would be welcome.
