I was using a trapped PDF from our Prinergy workflow. My solution was to remove trapping from the page and it worked just fine for all 4 lots. However, I have used trapped pages before without a problem, and this particular job was a relatively simple mailing label with a logo and address in the UL corner. At any rate, I found a solution.
