Any error messages regarding page usage from preprocessing are spurious and can be ignored. These appear only when you're using infinite, or "deep" stacking in your Imposition template. We have a fix for this to prevent these messages from being shown, but a version with the fix has not been released yet.

I'm not an expert in this area, but if you're just laying out the pages from each record onto a larger press sheet, rather than trying to impose multiple records onto the sheet, that's not really an Imposition issue. You may need to either make the entire spread into a single page in your template PDF in Acrobat, or adjust the settings on your press.
