We don't have a direct method to repeat a record yet. You will have to make an input file using Jscript to write out the record n times (if n is the number you wish to repeat), before composing.
There is not a direct method to turn off pages based on the page number. So you will have to name your pages, like PageN###, where ### would be the value from a field. You can then use Jscript to make the name based on the field value then mark the page to be used or unused for each record. Hope this helps.
