Any suggestions on how i could work with an Excel list formatted as
follows:

This is a simplified example of what I am being supplied. The actual file
consists of 20,000+ records with each individual having any number of
transactions. The part that stumps me is how i can work with a list where
each record spans multiple rows in a spreadsheet. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
