Hello Devin, If you can't locate the 9.8pt font, try looking to see if you have copyfitting on any frame. This will auto-resize the font at composition time to fit into a frame which may be resulting in this 9.8 pt font.
A quick fix, however, is to use a setting in our compose dialogue to "Force all Text to Integral Point Sizes". This will ensure you only have whole-point-sized text in composed output so it can be SNAP compliant for the HP PPML and JLYT workflows.
