We go with PDF output from FusionPro. We wanted PDF because we have a PDF workflow on our conventional side, and our customers like to see a PDF soft proof. We could output PPML for the Indigo and a PDF for soft proofing, but there's a chance that the 2 output files could be different. The built-in Indigo RIP is just too weak to chew on the PDFs, so we added the Creo RIP to our Indigo and now they chug right through.

As the clients send in their partial point sizes - we just send them the proof with full point sizes. It is just the variable fields that need the whole point sizes - what is static can be anything.
