It was my impression that FusionPro was not compatible with Acrobat 8.0 until version 5.0. You may need to either upgrade your FusionPro version or remain at level 7.0 for Acrobat with your FP 4.2P1d.
Neither QuiteImposing nor Pitstop will affect FusionPro or Acrobat in an awkward manner. I've been run both of them fine. --- David A.
