Carl, You need to add a slash in front of the path, as "/volumes/graphics/company/vdp/companyco thank yous/kxwa".
A good way to check for the path is to open up the Terminal program on Mac, from the command line there, do a directory listing of the folder path you have. This will tell you whether it is a valid folder or not. The command for this specific location would be: ls "/volumes/graphics/company/vdp/companyco thank yous/kxwa" Hope this helps.
