Hi Guy & Carl,
Thanks for the feedback, it was very helpful.
I went in and made the change to the CopyFitLine rule that you both
suggested. The rule editor now sees the rule as being the CopyFitLine
rule so that's great. It appears that for some reason I am having a font
problem. When I enter the rule and attempt to validate or save the rule
I get the following error message:
"Error in function CopyfitLine: Font assets file is not found. Only
system fonts will be used for this job."
However, I took the following steps when loading the fonts (I'm working
on a MAC with suitcase server):
1) I closed both Acrobat and fusion pro.
2) I deleted all fonts from the Printable - fusionPro fonts folder and
then emptied the trash.
3) I loaded the fonts needed for the job into Suitcase (They are
Postscript customer supplied fonts)
4) I launched Acrobat and fusion pro.
5) In acrobat in the top menu I went to "FusionPro - Advanced - Load fonts"
6) When the fonts were finished loading I shut down and restarted both
Acrobat and fusion pro.
I'm pretty sure that FusionPro is recognizing the fonts because all of
the text created in other variable frames and the formatted text
resources uses this font. The template previews with the font, composes
a record with this font, and I even have a phone formatting rule that is
calling on this font without any problem. The CopyFitLine function is
the only thing that seems to be having trouble accessing this font.
Is there something that I'm missing or should do differently??
Thanks in advance for any additional help, I really appreciate the time
and thought that everyone has put into helping me with this! Of course
these problems always arise with RUSH jobs :)

Nicola,
I did the following and it worked. I'm working on a PC, and the only
changes to your below code I made I've bolded below.
return CopyfitLine("", Field("email"), fname="agaramond", 9, 125, 6.5,
false);
so basically I removed the < and > and made f name to fname. Other then
that verify the font name is being called correctly.
