Are you sure that the composition isn't using your modified input file?
How are you determining this? Are you sure this is in your OnJobStart
rule? What happens if you set FusionPro.Composition.inputFileName to
the name of some other random file in OnJobStart?
Try putting this line at the very end of your rule:
Print("***** FusionPro.Composition.inputFileName is: " +
FusionPro.Composition.inputFileName);
And then compose and look in the log (.msg) file for the message.
