As part of an ongoing archival job, I will be receiving sets of DVDs, each containing thousands of directories, many of which contain pdfs. The pdfs will contain a varying number of pages. My task is to create a hard copy of the entire directory structure, complete with cover sheets for the pdfs and placeholders for empty folders. The cover sheets need nothing more than the file path printed on them. This task poses many obsticles, but I thought FusionPro might be the best way to approach it.
I would appreciate suggestions regarding: 1) Associating a database of the file structure to the pdfs and using them resources. (I can create the database easily enough) 2) Avoiding the ponderous task of adding the pdfs individually. 3) Accounting for pdfs with varying number of pages. (I need all pages to print) +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- FusionPro 5.0 Now Available!
