I created a rule to change a separator to 40% black.
The color of the separator is fine, but any text that flows after it on
the same line does not appear to be a true black.
The rule is written like this:
if (Field("seperator")=="|")
return "<color name=Black_40%>" + Field("seperator") + "</color>";
else return "<color name=Black_40%>" + Field("seperator") + "</color>";
Ignore the misspelling of the word seperator, as it matches the client's
database.
Also, I realize that I probably don't need a If/then rule for this, but
it's a way that I know how to do it.
any thoughts on why the color does not go back to the same black as before
the separator? The next line of type starts with a good black too.
