You should be able to include pages with both orientations in your job, then use the FusionPro.Composition.SetBodyPageUsage function in an OnRecordStart callback rule to select the appropriate one for each record based on a flag in your input data. Please refer to the section titled "How to switch body pages during composition" in the FusionPro Rules System Guide for more information.
