Yes.  You can set up the slip sheet as an Unused Body Page and then use
the FusionPro.Composition.SetBodyPageUsage function in an OnRecordStart
callback rule to insert it in only in records where the account number
is different from the previous record.  You'll need to store the
previous record's account number in a global variable for comparison.
Please refer to the section titled "How to switch body pages during
composition" in the FusionPro Rules System Guide for more information.
