In your label drop down for each you would just put all the choices. eg. phone 1 - label dropdown: Cell, Fax, Direct phone 2 - label dropdown: Cell, Fax, Direct phone 3 - label dropdown: Cell, Fax, Direct This way they can choose which phone number they want in each position.
