We have a similar case regarding Quark 7 we are currently working to
resolve and making good progress; however, I am not sure if we were
aware there is a separate issue with InDesign. Could you please email
support (and CC me) all of the details of what version of InDesign,
FusionPro, and OS you are using. Also if you could provide a minimal
sample, this would be helpful. If your on the Mac, indicate if your
using the Power PC or the Intel processor.
BTW, you ask if its an InDesign or FusionPro issue. We can not
determine this until we take a closer look. If I were to place a bet,
I would venture its caused by some known issues with a particular
version of InDesign--if this is the case, we still may be able to
patch things up, even if it happens to be a problem in a particular
InDesign. This was the case with Quark 7.
Thanks of bringing to our attention.
Kind Regards,
Brian Ray
