I got this to work great setting a point size and typing a bunch of g's.
Now I'm trying to understand how to best use copyfit. I set a textwidth
with high numbers and can get it to fill width-wise. But can I combine
that with textheight settings? I can get it to work with just textwidth
settings if I set a large point size to first get it to fill height-wise.
I just wondered if I can combine both settings to stretch things both ways
as desired.

Also, when using copyfit like this, how do I make sure the point size
ultimately used is in whole numbers? (For instance, 45pt or 46pt, not
45.4pt)

thanks!
