I had the same problem recently, and found the JLYT to be the better
solution. Using FP 4 with an HP 3050. We had a small problem with
fonts from FP but were able to load the fonts using HP's font
converter before throwing files at it. RIP times from several (15-30)
hours for 500 records with a PDF to a few minutes(>20) for 5000 as
JLYT. The pressman did notice a performance drop on the 3050 as we
dropped the files to press instead of dropping to the production flow
server. Which I still need to test.

Good Luck,
Richard
