Hi, Jim Just to verify where you are seeing this job ticket error, please let me know if I have it correct:
1) You have an InDesign document. You export that with the FusionPro InDesign export plug-in (no error) 2) You work with the template in FusionPro in Acrobat. 3) You go to FusionPro -> Compose. The composition dialogue opens. 4) When you press the "Compose" button in the composition dialogue, this job ticket error is given. Is that correct? If so, it sounds like there might be an embedded JDF job ticket that FusionPro is having problems with. While we investigate this issue further (be sure to send your InDesign document and collected FusionPro template to our support team, if you haven't already), you can check to see if there is a JDF job ticket and remove it. To see if there is a JDF job ticket (in Acro 7) you can go to Tools -> Print Production -> JDF Job Definitions. When the JDF job def screen appears, see if a ticket is listed. If it is, select it and press the "Remove" button. After you do this and close out of that dialogue, I suggest doing an Acrobat "Save As" operation to force a re-write of the PDF to a new file name. Let us know if this works for you. --Mark Hilger Product Manager Printable Technologies, Inc. -- Users of FusionPro Desktop have unlimited free email support.
