Sorry to hear about your hard drive failure.
Our support hours are the same as the Business hours Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm (fI think this is CST, but may by PST, I will find out) as
described here <http://www.printable.com/contact/>. If someone does
not get back to you first thing Monday (I am sure they will), send me
an email off the list. I am unaware of any other way to get a
duplicate serial number.
