Our support hours are the same as the Business hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (fI think this is CST, but may by PST, I will find out) as described here <http://www.printable.com/contact/>. If someone does not get back to you first thing Monday (I am sure they will), send me an email off the list. I am unaware of any other way to get a duplicate serial number.
