I only have been using the program less than a week. I am attempting to set up business cards.
I have a text field which contains the following: Direct: <directphone> Cell: <cell> FAX: <FAX> The suppress command only seems to apply to the entire line. If there is no FAX number, for example, then the entire line does not print. It does not seem to matter if I suppress when empty or suppress with empty variable. Do I require a script to suppress the printing of FAX: if there is no fax variable? Or cell? Or should I suppress them all by default and only allow them to print if the variable field is not empty? This is for a web-to-print application, if that matters. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Christopher Reilley Business Systems Analyst - Print Division W.B.
