Not only do you leave your democratic rights at the door, like a soldier, you agree to let incompetent individuals create ridiculous circumstances for which you are held accountable when things go wrong and for which they claim the credit/reward when things go right. I think every employer should stand at the door and in all humbleness say, "Thank you for coming to work today and investing a portion of your life to increase my wealth, is there anything I can do to help you accomplish this task."
