Well, let's hope that is a hoax.

But I have read that one way Lyndon Johnson manipulated some of the
"proper" Harvard types he inherited from JFK was to do busines
with them while he (LBJ) was sitting on the toilet with the door open.
They just couldn't cope, so they tended to yield to LBJ's 
wishes.  This tidbit was, I believe, from a female reporter
who saw it happen.

Also, there is a highly placed executive in a major corporation
who used to manipulate meetings with an only somewhat
subtler tactic.  All the other people were sitting
properly in their chairs in their business tuits.  This
man was in a business suit too (at least shirt, tie and
pants).  But he sat cross-legged in his chair at the head of the 
table and blew big bubblegum bubbles.

As Erving Goffman said (more or less): Where there's a system,
there's a way to work it.
