The rather big differences among schools suggest that the grade differences
are strongly influenced by gender bias of those who give the grades (i.e.
nice/beautiful girls tend to get better grades for the same achievement).
Note especially "in 71% of the schools" (would be 100% if there was a
genuine gender difference in achievement) and "the best establishments
in the country showing the widest differences" (those who give higher
grades to underachievers _appear_ as "best" establishments).
