Trouble is that the greedies could care less about losses to the _country_,
as long as they stand to gain _personally_.  Privatization of profits and
socialization of losses is the name of the game.  Even if the country
goes down, they can move on.  Since the stone age, (two-legged) predators
are nomads: Graze/hunt a place empty and move on.  Transnational
corporations know no loyalty to any nation-state.
