I think we've discussed here before that part of the problem has been that
at least in some African countries husbands work far away from their
families to earn a living and used the services of prostitutes, so that when
they returned to their wives, they infected mothers. So economics, not just
human nature, has been a factor.

As with other areas in the Third World empowering women, there has been some
success encouraging wives to insist on condoms.

UN official blames US for shortage of condoms "U.S. cuts in funding for
condoms and a new emphasis on promoting abstinence had contributed to a
condom shortage in Uganda, one of the few countries to succeed in reducing
its HIV rate."

Oh well, life could be soo simple, eh?
FYI, AIDS isn't limited to Africa. It even exists in California, Harry.
So Californians should stop sexual intercourse tomorrow too... not such
a harsh request with that age distribution, and Silicon Valley is populated
by new immigrants anyway...

Btw, is Georgism an even more radical spin-off of the Vatican ?
(After all, the pope at least allows intercourse inside marriage.)
Your statement sounds more like White Power, though...
