We can then explore the roles of the various contents in the
conversation. In a
deep sense, curiously, even if the "realists" were right it wouldn't do them
any good because they would not be able to get outside
experience to SOMETHINGOTHERTHANEXPERIENCE what really
is there. The world, alas, does not seem exactly like the movie The
Truman Show,
where the protagonist could, if he sailed his boat far enough out to see,
come to the bowl of the sky and poke his head thru it (or at least bang
his fists on it --
I forget it he "got thru" to the other side or not).....
