This wasn't about "figuring Russia out", this was about the neo-con scheme
that is the _same for all_ countries: Privatizing public assets into the
deep pockets of oligarchs.
I'm not even an economist but I know enough about Straussian "economics"
to understand the above. This scheme/process can be observed everywhere,
even in Switzerland. So you can't fool me.
