It comes down to the question of what is Kissinger's business to reduce Africans. Isn't it absurd that the country with the largest eco-footprint (per capita) wants to tell others (with much smaller eco-footprints) how many can live? It's the same absurdity as in the origin of the WWF, where royal billionaires who like to hunt tigers etc. for sport, have the arrogance of telling poor Africans they can't hunt their own tigers etc. (even if the tigers threaten the farmers' life). The fatcats' hypocrisy of "protecting the environment" is just a pretext from the worst polluters to get rid of the masses they can't exploit. How's that for a motivation? You have to look at their actions, not be misguided by their words (lies). As long as their own lifestyle doesn't give a damn about the environment, they're just not credible.
