How can people satisfy their desires without seeking to?

But Harry's statement is beside the point. Those billionaires already have
enough money to satisfy ALL of their desires WITHOUT any exertion. (And
truly helping society & environment is NOT among their desires, to tell
from their acts.) So why do they keep ripping off the world nonetheless?
This can only be explained with a pathological greed / gambling addiction
-- the insatiable can never reap enough. It would be the task of politics
to prevent these individuals from destroying whole economies. Antisocial
speculation could simply be outlawed, if politics wasn't in bed with the
speculators. Politics has to be taken over by non-Predators to correct that.
