This supports net zero migration for high consumption countries. The 
fertility of second generation (& older) women and their offspring in 
Europe , US, Canada (as examples) is below replacement. Without 
immigration, population there would be declining. And thus gross 
consumption and eco- footprint would be declining ceteris paribus.
